Live from Starkville!

Hello from the lobby of the Starkville Hampton and welcome to my first ever on site away game blog entry (I know you just felt that tingle of excitement).

Sadly, there is not much to report from Mississippi State. Starkville gets my vote for the most boring town in the SEC (which explains the extremely rare Friday night blog update). Grayson and I got to take a look at the MSU campus a little earlier this evening and we were both impressed. The clocktower even plays the State fight song on the hour. How cool is that? There is absolutely nothing going on here however, and we were told by a bouncer at a local "club" that most people take it pretty easy on Friday nights. We did see a significant number of tailgating tents already set up, so we're pretty encouraged by that.

All things considered, it has been a great trip so far, and a victory for the 'Dores tomorrow would make it even better.

As Always,

Go 'Dores!
