Enough is Enough

Alright, I get it. I haven't updated in a while. I'll do my best to appease the masses that have been heckling me mercilessly night and day to update the stinkin' blog.

Today's hot story, and perhaps the straw that broke the camel's back and actually motivated me to update, was 6'7" 198 pound small forward Jeff Taylor signing his letter of intent to play at Vanderbilt. Taylor lead Hobbs High School (located in Hobbs, NM) to a state title earlier this year and instantly gives the 'Dores an athletic presence that we're honestly not used to. Taylor narrowed his choices down to Tejas and Vanderbilt before ultimately choosing to make the trek to Nashville next fall. Taylor's announcement this morning sets the stage for all the pieces to fall in place in what would be far and away Kevin Stallings' most highly touted recruiting class as 6'3" 180 pound point guard Brad Tinsley will be making his visit to Wake Forest this weekend before making a decision. Tinsley has said that he will choose between the Demon Deacons, Vanderbilt, and his home-state Oregon Ducks. Tinsley would fill an immediate hole on the roster, as Keegan Bell will be taking his one-man wannabe Steve Nash show elsewhere next season.

As Always,
Go 'Dores!
