'Dores Get Back on Track in SEC

After a pitiful showing in Oxford last week Vanderbilt managed to overcome two four run deficits to top Mississippi State 15-8. Parker Hanks broke the game open in the top of the 5th with a 3 run pinch hit home run. Mike Minor moved to 4-2 as he gave up 7 runs on 9 hits in 6 innings of work. Minor struck out 6 and walked 3 to pick up the win. Ryan Flaherty also hit his 7th home run of the year, which leads the team. Caleb Cotham will get the start tonight for the 'Dores.
